Airport Transfers are available at an extra charge upon request. 50% Deposit is needed for booking which is NON REFUNDABLE once confirmed.

• People other than those in the agreed guest party may not come to the property for any reason or stay overnight in the property. • Please note the property is in a residential area and guests are required to behave in a way which does not cause any inconvenience to the neighbors, including but not limited to:
Noise, - We ask that you respect your surroundings and our neighbors.
Not Parking across neighbors drives/spaces • Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. • Only use appliances for their intended use •
Smoking of cigarettes or any other substances including vaping are strictly forbidden • No illegal activities to be carried out from the premises including illegal substance use • Pets are NOT allowed (anyone bringing pets to the premises will be refused entry and will lose all fees) • Children are welcome but we ask that you respect the property and ensure that they do not damage or abuse anything in the property and are supervised at all times while on the terraces or gardens•
Housekeeping: if you would like a mid-stay clean, this may be arranged. Please arrange at the time of booking. Please note this will incur an extra cost which needs to be paid in advance. We Will expect you to leave the property as you found it as we have limited time to turn the property around for the next Guest. • Please ensure that the property is left clean and tidy. Cleaning products will be provided . • The use of linens and towels are included in your holiday cost. Please do not remove any linen or towels from the property. Any damage to bed linen or towels including, but not limited to staining from blood, suntan lotion, fake tan or hair dye, makeup will result in the loss of the replacement value from your damage deposit being taken. •
Recycling - Rubbish recycling is expected and instruction found at the property and full instructions can be found on recycling in the Welcome folder. Failure to recycle will incur a charge. (Swansea Marina View has no recycling policy)
